35% of georgians have already voted!!!!! and over a third of those have been african americans, who look like they are on their way to record turnout----so georgia is now a tossup, or "battleground" state----woo woo
on the other hand, cousin carol, reporting from the nether reaches of north georgia, notes fear and trepidation amongst the god-fearing white peeps up there, preparing themselves to submit to negro rule

actually the whole "socialist" thing is a red herring---i mean what has this whole wall street bailout or the republican tax cuts for the rich been but socialism of a different sort?
