peachtree and eleventh are lookn different---but look back the other way and it's still a dead zone---they tore out most of that block 20 years ago and still haven't done anything useful to the street and nothing in the works as far as i know---with the federal reserve across the street doing its part to make the area lifeless, the block between tenth and eleventh are the key to making this a happening neighborhood again
