i thought that they were getting to ready to build something on the north half of the big double lot on which sits the hinman house (c. 1895) on piedmont ave---well, they are, but, in spite of having paid what i am sure was a gazillion dollars for the place, the new owners are simply installing some off street parking, because they are turning it into a bed-and- breakfast: stonehurst inn
