the ruins of jones bridge (1904) are flanked by units of the chattahoochee national recreation area --- west side is nice, we discovered
archaeologists have documented sixteen (i think) rock shelters in the national recreation area --- a few artifacts were recovered but these shelters were basically used just once, over night, and so didn't accumulate artifacts --- these two, which are within 25 feet of each other, would have been fine single-occupancy units
