olives!

there's a slow-food movement in italy --- in fact it might have started there --- our first stop was the small cipolloni factory where they produce all sorts of olive oil ---- and once you've had their cold-pressed, extra-virgin oil, you'll throw out anything you can buy at the publix
but i couldn't get used to shots of oil for tasting ---- the guy in the striped shirt is straight out of michelangelo
