the texas hill country is purty nice --- limestone foundation with a german overlay --- there are a lot more hills to the west of fredericksburg that need to be checked out

every low spot at a flood guage --- this one only goes to 5' --- some go as high as 15'

and then the land is flat as a tortilla all the way to whacko
