finally after nearly two and a half years, the plaza reglazing project is nearing completion --- downtown has been a long time repairing the tornado damage --- there is still scaffolding around the equitable building and the flatiron building is still missing part of its cornice ---

and, impacting my viewshed, is a major rehabilitation of the peachtree lofts, the old federal office building (1952) on p'tree between seventh and eighth --- it's too bad they're replacing the original steel-framed windows, but the new windows i'm sure are far more energy efficient --- and when it's all finished, it'll look purty slick
