the boom returns to midtown

the view from the thirteenth floor has been visually stable for a while now --- when i moved over here five years ago, it was construction crane city --- as many as a dozen just here in midtown and a whole lot more in buckhead --- a crane suddenly appeared over at tech a while back (just to the right of the palomar) and the building with the construction of which it is involved has now begun to emerge into view.
