i can't believe it's true, but somebody said it was for a parking garage----
Is the Archives building the completely windowless rectangle on a pedestal? If so, what sorts of things are inside?
yes, that's it---as far as i know it is empty now since the archives moved to friggn morrow---it would be a real challenge for adaptive use
