reconstructing midtown

they've broken ground for the apartment tower on spring street between 8th and p'tree place --- it is being built for the ga-tech student housing market, which will love having the publix directly across the street ---

meanwhile the apartment tower at 6th and juniper can't be too far from completion and the pre-fab garage/retail construct at 7th street has gone up in a couple of weeks

not sure when they'll break ground on the block at the southeast corner of w. peachtree and p'tree place, but it will be another mixed-used development --- the architecture ain't much, but all of this will bring a slew of people into the neighborhood, which is all right by me
