a new start

looks like they have started site work for construction of the hotel palomar, (above right), at northwest corner w. peachtree and sixth---a welcome change to the design originally proposed after dropping the condo portion of the project in favor of more hotel---and a view of 1010 peachtree as the tower portion starts to rise
