the ides of march
what an absolutely fine day! in the 70s for the first time since last fall --- the city dyed the fountains in woodruff park again, this time green (it was pink for valentine's day)
peachtree and auburn are a mess, fixing the infrastructure for the new streetcars --- what a mess of conduit and wires all down in those holes
they've torn all the windows out of the imperial and while that's not a big deal, i guess, since they had been 1990s replacements of the original, they're doing something weird to the window framing that tells me the window opening is being resized, which is a big deal
and the little spastic block of sixth street is closed down for the duration of construction on the new apartment tower
