populating midtown

two student housing towers underway on the east side of spring street in the blocks north and south of eighth street --- at center one might see the cranes for the apt tower that's started opposite armistead place ---25 story, 250 units ---

view southwest, what i will see, a quarter mile away

further along is the tower going up across from the publix, 20 stories, 268 apts and a big-ass teevee on the "pimped out" pool deck --- it will be out of my viewshed, but very much a part of my life, i'm sure, since between the two towers, another thousand or so students will be roaming around the publix and ensuring even bigger crowds at taco mac and the hudson grill, an endless supply of sidewalk splats, and bush angels everywhere --- yay, midtown!
