this apartment building, designed by neel reid around 1925, was occupied and in fairly decent shape five years ago --- the viewpoint development did not demolish it like they did the fine craftsman apartment next door and announced plans for the building's renovation as luxury condos --- clearly that plan has been delayed and the windows, doors, and fine millwork and plaster detailing are slowly crumbling --- i hate to imagine the condition of the interior
