Scientists from 113 countries issued a landmark report Friday saying they have little doubt global warming is caused by man, and predicting that hotter temperatures and rises in sea level will “continue for centuries” no matter how much humans control their pollution. [emphasis added]
we pretty much knew this was going on ten years ago, but have done nothing about it---corporations paying for disinformation campaigns on global warming and goddamned republicans shutting down our government scientists, who have known what was going on for years----oh, for a hell in which these people could pay for what they have done to the rest of us----

Our only hope is that our man-made warming will coincide with a new ice age. I've heard that such an ice age is "due" so to speak. But that's in geologic time, so saying "due" could be a million years or so.
I was watching NASA TV last night and was thinking about humans colonizing the moon and mars. This will eventually happen, but if the "American Way" of greed and competition holds sway, Joe Six Pack may have to boil down here on earth with all the "people of color."
Speaking of which. Today I saw our UPS delivery guy and noticed how "clean" he was as compared to other UPS guys I've seen in the past. Articulate too.
