walking the creek

dog and i did a great little 2½ mile loop along both sides of peachtree creek between northside drive and howell mill road --- tracked down a city champ, this giant osage orange

 10' around, 90' tall --- dog did not wet it

this is not the champion river birch, which is not far away, but i liked it better
